Wood Framed Broadband Acoustic Panel - Red Oak

Our wood framed panels absorb from 125 Hz up with the same 4" mineral wool core as our broadband panels, set in a red oak veneer plywood frame with oak edgebanding and finished with fabric track on the room face. Use them where the frame is meant to be seen.

This is a single-sided panel. The fabric track finishes the front face with no exposed staples, and the fabric is replaceable, so a color change later is a re-tuck rather than a rebuild. The back is finished like our standard broadband panels: a ripstop fabric backer is installed to the inside of the frame, so the frame and cross members are exposed on the back. Stain and Topcoat

Choose a Clear, Early American, Gunstock, Weathered Oak, Dark Walnut or Ebony stain, finished with a matte or satin polyurethane topcoat. Every stain is the same price. Triangular plywood corner braces and raw pine plywood cross members on the back keep the frame rigid and square: top and bottom on the 2 x 4', four on the 6' and taller sizes.

Finished in your choice of 50 acoustically transparent colors in Guilford of Maine Anchorage 2335. Choose the aluminum Z-bar cleat wall mount kit or, on 6' and taller sizes, floor legs or floor legs with locking casters.

Absorption Coefficients

6 PCF rigid mineral wool, 4" core. Conservative figures: the lowest value in each band from published ASTM C423 data for 6 PCF rigid mineral wool board (ROCKWOOL ROCKBOARD 60 and Owens Corning 705). Values above 1.00 are shown as 1.00.
