Free Standing Acoustic Gobos for Studios

A gobo is a free standing acoustic panel you can move around the room. In a tracking room it goes between the drums and an amp, around a vocalist, or across a doorway. Anywhere a wall mount isn't practical.

Ours are double sided, with fabric track on both faces and the same 4" core as our broadband panels, absorbing from 125 Hz up. Frames come in red oak with six stains or painted pine in ten colors. Floor legs come standard, finished to match the frame.

Options

  • Locking Casters: Roll the gobo into place, then lock it.
  • Acrylic Viewing Window: 3/8" clear acrylic at eye level, so players keep eye contact across the room.
  • Reflector Plate: A perforated face on one or both sides that sends part of the highs back into the room.

Sizes run from 2 x 6' to 4 x 8', in any of our 50 fabric colors. For panels that hang on the wall, see our wood framed panels.
